Following a thorough consultation to establish 1) an appropriate indication and 2) no barriers to treatment, you have the opportunity to leave things as they are to consider matters further (a ‘cooling off’ period), or to proceed with treatment on the day following fully informed written consent. This means that following thorough discussion, you consent to the treatment with full understanding of the benefits and risks.

Baseline photography is taken with your permission. The skin is cleansed and anesthetic cream is applied to the skin to make the treatment comfortable.

Using an electric micro needling device we create multiple punctures at differing depths which causes controlled damage to the skin and the underlying dermis. This triggers a healing response and results in improved skin tone, texture and tightness, The depth of the needles determines the results and the downtime. The deeper the needles penetrate the longer the downtime but the less treatments are needed. The shorter the depth the less downtime is required but more treatments will be required to achieve the same result.

 

We can apply Serums to the treatment to enhance the results, in particular for those indicated with acne, poor skin texture, large pores, pigmentation, dullness, fine lines and wrinkles.
